Paintings / Faery Tale Illustrations
This series of paintings was inspired by late 19th and early 20th century illustrators such as Edmund Dulac and Arthur Rackham. Dulac's 1937 illustrations for The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam have enthralled and inspired me to create reporoductions in my own style. The paintings range in size from 16x20 to 24x36; done in acrylic on board, they are composed of paint, illustrated cut-outs, exotic papers and glitter.

I love to paint this robot - Robbie the Robot from Forbidden Planet. I have more planned for this on-going series of painting this robot doing normal everyday stuff.
